Bakkhali Tour Bakkhali is a small village situated in the South of West Bengal. It is island and situated in the sea beach of Bay of Bengal. How to Reach:   It is around 130 kms from Capital of West Bengal, Kolkata. From Sealdah station you can take train to Namkhana. From there you need to cross river by boat and then take bus or shuttle which will reach you to Bakkhali. Best Time Visit:  Anytime is good to visit this place. Avoiding monsoon is better due to high tide. What You can do:  Plan for 2 days visit is enough for this place. You can enjoy sea beach in the morning and afternoon. Mandarmani Tour Mandarmani is a remote sea Beach in the south of West Bengal. It is nearby of Digha, Shankarpur Beach which are around 20-25 kms from this place. How to Reach:  Nearest railway station is Digha which is connected with Howrah and Sealdah the two major station of Kolkata. It is around 30 mins from Digha station by Car. Also, Kolkata and Durgapur are the nearest airports from there you can book cab to travel to Mandarmani. It will take around 3-3.5 hours. Best Time to visit: Winter season (November to March) is the best time to visit this place. What to Do: All the hotels and resorts are available just beside the sea beach, walking down the long sea beach is the best part of visiting Mandarmani. There are few seas food stalls available. Shantiniketan Tour Shantiniketan is famous place in the Birbhum district of West Bengal, the place is famous for Visva-Bharati University which was founded by Nobel Laureate Rabindranath Tagore.  How to Reach:  Nearest railway station is Bolpur station which is connected with Howrah and Sealdah the two major station of Kolkata. Also, Kolkata and Durgapur are the nearest airports from there you can book cab to travel to Shantiniketan. It will take around 3-3.5 hours. Our trip to Darjeeling was for 5 Nights and 6 Days. How to Reach:  Nearest Airport is Bagdogra Airport, is an international airport situated in Siliguri. Also, nearest Railway station is New Jalpaiguri or by Bus to Siliguri. From Siliguri or New Jalpaiguri you need to take cab on share or private to reach Darjeeling. There are many cabs available outside the Airport or railway station. You can plan some other places like Rishop and Kalimpong and then can visit Darjeeling. Best Time to Visit:  March to June (Starting of Summer) and October to November (Starting of Winter) are the best time to visit Darjeeling and its nearby destinations like Kalimpong, Rishop, Lava and Lohegaon.
